Where are you located?
At this time, we are no longer operating in our storefront retail location. However, you are welcome to visit our showroom and warehouse facility located at: 6655 Pottery Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
Just give us a call first so that there is someone prepared to assist you!
How do I place an order?
For your convenience, you may order through our website or by phone.
To place an order for any of our gifts, call 864-587-5991 Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm EST.
When you call, we will need the following information:
· First and Last Name
· Telephone Number
· Email Address
· The name(s) of the desired gift(s)
· Shipping Address
· Billing Address (if different from shipping)
· Shipping Method or Pick-Up/Delivery (if local)
· Special Shipping Instructions (if necessary)
· Desired Payment Method Information
After your order is placed and prepared for shipment, we will email your confirmation and tracking number.
How do I customize or personalize my order?
Every product that is available to customize and/or personalize has a direct link to email us at WebOrders@4yougifts.com. Please send us the text and any images you would like engraved and 4 You will create the layout of digital artwork. Be assured, your gift will not be created without your approval of the artwork first!
What is the difference between Top-Surface Engraving and Sub-Surface Engraving?
The Top-Surface laser engraving process is done directly to the surface of the gift. Sub-Surface engraving is an option for crystal gifts only and is done inside the crystal, creating the illusion that the design is “floating” within. Most crystal requires sub-surface engraving for the best results.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processing partner, PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, it's okay! You may proceed with the transaction as a PayPal Guest. If you are ordering via phone, please have your credit card information on hand.
Do you have a catalog that I can order?
Because we are constantly changing and adding to our gift lines, we do not have a traditional paper catalog. Most of our gifts are available online but if you have something in mind that you don't see, please contact a Personal Gift Advisor at 864-587-5991.
Can I cancel my order?
In general, once an order is placed it can not be cancelled but order cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
We are passionate about designing quality products and providing excellent customer service by establishing a personal relationship with each customer. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact your Personal Gift Advisor at 864-587-5991.
What are your shipping and handling methods?
