2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

|How much is shipping?|
|We offer flat rate shipping on most gifts at $7.99. The shipping cost of awards and orders of large volume will be calculated on a case by case basis. We ship most gifts via USPS Priority Mail. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at (864)587-5991. Additional charges may apply.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|

|If you feel that you have received the wrong gift, please contact customer service at 864.541.0056 within 72 hours of receiving the gift.|

|Your order will shipped as soon as a shipping method is selected, which will be done during the ordering process, and when we recieve payment.
